Refunds and cancellations
These are private-beta policies, not a live sales offer. The operator’s legal details and final sales policies must be verified before real billing is enabled.
No live payments are accepted during this private beta. Test Mode transactions do not move real money and are not customer purchases.
Proposed policy for live launch
Request a first-purchase refund within 7 days by emailing support@sitetagwatch.com with your checkout email and order reference. Renewal, duplicate-charge, service-failure and other requests will be reviewed against the published final policy and applicable consumer requirements. This proposed policy is not yet a live sales offer.
Do not send card numbers. A completed refund revokes the corresponding monitoring access; delayed payment events do not restore it. Refund processing and arrival at your payment method are separate events.
Cancel renewal in Billing. Contact support if you cannot access your account.
